Today, the Coordination Centre of Chelyabinsk State University organised a lecture for international students on the topic "Prevention of Extremist and Illegal Behaviour, Compliance with Migration Legislation, and Norms of Conduct in Russian Society".

Chelyabinsk State University (CSU) welcomed a delegation from the People’s Republic of China, headed by Mr. Luo Shixiong, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Yekaterinburg. The delegation also included Mrs. Xu Dihan (Third Secretary), and Mr. Wu Xinzhe (Attache of the Consulate General).

On 9 September, CSU students have visited a photo exhibition titled "Do Not Forget the Affairs of the Past – They Are the Teacher of the Future" at The State Museum of the South Ural History.
The event was honoured by the presence of Mr. Luo Shixiong (Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Yekaterinburg). He personally guided guests on a tour, explaining the photographs that captured the life of the Chinese people during the Second World War.
CSU and Chelyabinsk Foreign Nationals Adaptation Centre Sign Agreement for Student Support Programme
Chelyabinsk State University (CSU) and the Chelyabinsk Region Foreign Nationals Adaptation Centre have signed an agreement to provide adaptation courses for over 3,000 international students enrolled at the university. The document was signed by CSU Rector Sergey Taskaev and Centre Director Mikhail Podobed.
Southern Urals Gains First Persian Language Specialists
For the first time, the Southern Urals region has trained specialists proficient in Persian (Farsi). Until now, professional translators from Moscow had to be invited for visits involving partners from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
