CSU Graduate and an Applicant of the Faculty of Physics Win Prizes at SCO and BRICS Chess Superfinal

Evgenii Polosin, a CSU graduate and coach of the university’s chess and draughts team, participated in the competition as the head of the Chelyabinsk Region delegation. He won the delegation leaders’ tournament and claimed first place in the adult Superfinal Chess Night Fight.


Arina Aleshina, an applicant to the Faculty of Physics, won Tournament D (Open) for women, securing second place overall and first place among Russian chess players.
