We travel around the Southern Urals and beyond, enjoying the diversity of nature in Russia.
Throughout the year, we go to training camps and competitions of various ranks, receiving sports categories in tourism.
Trainings take place in a specially equipped gym with a climbing wall and on the water surface.

Trainings weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays in the third building of CSU in the gym:
Tuesday: 18:00 - 20:00
Friday: 18:00 - until late
We train in a sports uniform, including shoes, high socks!!!!!!, so that nothing hangs out, it is desirable for girls' hair not to be loose.
Training includes working with a rope and equipment for moving along it, we give recommendations for a reason
Also, you can freely train the OFP in our training sessions, this is also important
