Russian Language Preparatory Course

As a result of your education, you will get:

• certificate indicating your level of language proficiency (B1)
• ability to communicate in oral and written forms of Russian to solve problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction using different types of speech activities (reading, listening, writing, speaking)
• ability to demonstrate knowledge of cultural realities and linguistic tools necessary for living and studying in Russia
• ability to study in a team, tolerantly accepting social, ethnic, religious and cultural differences; to display a culture of behavior consistent with the culture, customs and laws of Russia 
  

Teachers are highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in working with foreign students and attendees within the framework of different educational programs. Training in groups of up to 15 people. Groups are formed upon arrival. 

International students can choose a study plan depending on what profession they want to acquire during their degree studies:

• Natural Science (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry);
• Engeneering (Mathematics, Physics, Information Techologies);
• Liberal Arts (Literature, History, Social Studies);
• Economics (Social Studies, History, Mathematics);
• Medicine (Chemistry, Biology, Physics).

Extracurricular activities include the following:

• Sports events (football, basketball, ice skating, etc);
• Russian holidays celebrations;
• Speaking clubs;
• City tour;
• Cultural events (museum tours, theatre, etc). 

If you want admission for the Russian Language Preparatory Course, you need to submit us the following documents via forstudent@csu.ru and fill out the form in the attachment:

1) Copy of your passport
2) Copies of your school / university certificates

We will check your documents and give you an answer within 3 working days.

Admission process requires you to pay 57500 RUB (1/2 of tuition fee) before we submit your documents for a visa invitation to the Russian Federation and Dormitory fee for 3 months – 12 000.
