The programme "State and Municipal Management" is implemented in three divisions of the university. The Institute of Economics of Industries, Business and Administration offers the educational programme "State and Municipal Service". The programme "System of State and Municipal Management" may be studied at the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Distance and Correspondence Education.

to develop regulatory legal acts, conduct their expertise, calculate implementation costs, identify funding sources and forecast the consequences of implementation

to apply the rules of constitutional and municipal law
